As this product is purchased directly from a prescribing clinic or pharmacy partner, any refund, return, or cancellation request must be initiated with the dermatologist or chemist from whom the product was purchased.
Dermatist does not process direct consumer refunds for products purchased through clinics or authorized pharmacy partners.
